I approached management regarding the ability to receive a food menu and asked if waitresses had defined areas for service. All three attempts to obtain food at this facility did not produce any results and the employees that I came in contact with, really need to receive training on how to deal with customers. He never returned to complete my order and as expected, I never received my food request. No problem, I showed him my ID which he barely acknowledged, and then he turned around and began to take orders from other patrons at the bar. I attempted three times to order food at the pool area, and the first time I attempted to order, the waitress replied 'I am having a crisis right now', the second waitress I approached told me she was on a break, my final and last time I attempted to order food, I went to one of the bartenders and he asked my room number and when I asked to charge it to my room, he asked for ID.
Spent a day at the pool as well as a night in the casino hotel, and I would have to say that customer service ranks a ZERO in my opinion.
